Executive Assistant

We are adding an Executive Assistant to our team. This professional will be instrumental in supporting our fast-growing consulting firm! Brillect is a talent solutions firm focused on connecting senior-level accounting, finance, human resources and project management resources with our clients.

The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Support the Executive Team through:

  • Administering assistance for the Founders’ e-mails with a high level of organization
  • Managing calendars, including confirmation of meetings, lunch reservations, and identifying/solving potential conflicts
  • Calculating mileage and creating expense reports for Founders’ and submit to Accounting team
  • Coordinating All-Team meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and other Senior Leadership meetings
  • Creating and editing documents and presentations in the Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
  • Scheduling and tracking annual reviews for internal team members
  • Meeting with the Founders’ regularly to prioritize tasks and support with critical communication
  • Other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Support the Brillect Team through:

  • Partnering with the Office Manager and Administrative Team to support during peak-times
  • Supporting with company-wide Client and Consultant events
  • Providing administrative and other backup services, as needed
  • Assist with managing the Brillect office space and ensure it is well-supplied and a welcoming environment for employees and guests

A successful Executive Assistant must have:

  • Previous executive level support; preferably 3 years with C-Suite levels – experience with talent firms would be a plus!
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and desire to interact with our clients and consultants, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with people quickly
  • Proactive approaches to problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to represent Founders’ in day-to-day communications
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Willingness to perform office management duties
  • Desire to be a part of an exciting and growing company with a genuine curiosity for process improvement
