Having spent much of her career on the client side, Stacey understands the realities of driving change from within. More recently, she has applied that perspective in her advisory role, blending years of practitioner experience with a focus on guiding organizations through complex change. Clients value her ability to “look around corners” and connect the dots between vision, people, process, and technology—and appreciate that she shows up where she’s needed most, whether beside them, behind them, or right next to them.
As Advisory Services Director, Stacey leads Brillect’s Digital Practice, bringing structure, foresight, and the right talent to the table. A builder at heart, she was drawn to Brillect by the opportunity to do meaningful work with great people—and is energized by helping leaders and teams succeed.
