Brillect, a leading finance, accounting and HR consulting firm, is adding an Account Manager to our growing team. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team with managing client relationships, providing strong consultant care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving both consultants and client satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of our service offerings.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely with the Sales Team to build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand client business needs and objectives to improve quality of service delivery and identify ongoing changes in the client’s project needs.
- Complete company and client contacts research and identify additional client contacts for outreach.
- Identify consultants and create skillsets summary for Client Solutions Directors (CSDs) to send to clients for potential opportunities.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams to implement solutions.
- Consultant Care: Provide consistent high-quality experiences for Brillect consultants. Act as a primary contact for consultants for support, resource requests and other requests.
- Provide guidance on the Brillect way, transition at project completion and any other needed areas.
- Act as a consultant advocate for the consultant for redeployment after project completion.
- Educate the Sales Team on the value of specific consultants and their skillsets.
- This role will be a liaison between the consultant and other internal functions at Brillect including the Sales Team, Operations, HR/Benefits, and other areas as needed.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze client performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction. Build roadmap and execute on frequency of client contact outreach.
- Reporting: For strategic level accounts, prepare and present regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery metrics to Brillect leaders.
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with the Sales Team and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes, and communicate progress to clients and the Sales Team.
- Service Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating services across various departments to meet client requirements. Manage extensions, updates to Statement of Work (SOW) and project plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; or 5+ years of business experience.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services within a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.

Compensation:
The expected total compensation for this position is $85K – $100K+ and is inclusive of base salary and commission opportunities.
