Brillect, a leading finance, accounting and HR consulting firm, is adding a Client Solutions Director to our growing team. This position will be instrumental in serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. As a Client Solutions Director, you’ll help drive Brillect’s growth by creating highly customized solutions that put the right people and strategy in place to help our clients achieve their desired business outcomes.

The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Cultivate new client relationships, expand existing client partnerships and manage a portfolio of client accounts to help drive Brillect’s revenue growth.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by digging deeply to understand their needs, tailor solutions and scope potential consulting projects.
- Assess and identify potential consultant resources to address project needs and solve client challenges. Partner with consultants and clients to facilitate dialogue about projects and finalize consultant and client matches.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and consultants throughout a project to ensure advancement of key deliverables and ensure client and consultant satisfaction.
- Build and maintain Brillect consultant relationships by providing a best-in-class consultant experience, including regular consultant check-ins, mentoring and coaching.
- Grow our pool of talented consultants through your professional network.
- Participate in consultant interviews, understand consultant strengths, development and work goals, and advocate for consultants in finding projects that meet their personal and professional goals.
A successful Client Solutions Director candidate must have:
- Desire to build rapport and create ongoing relationships with clients.
- Willingness to build and execute a client sales plan from initial reach out to foster and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to be naturally curious and inquisitive with clients to learn more about their top priorities, potential issues, and opportunities to help.
- Collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including multiple, competing objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and organization as well as excellent communication skills with our clients and consultants.
- Experience working with senior leaders and key decision makers ideally in finance, accounting, human resources, financial services, professional services or related fields.
- Prior sales, account management or recruiting industry experience is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources, sales or related fields of study.
Compensation:
The expected total compensation for this position is $120K – $200K+. This position has the opportunity to grow total compensation based on achieving sales performance goals. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award which is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
