Our Principal Advisors are experts in their discipline with 15+ years of experience in their respective field and act as both a strategic advisor to Brillect clients as well as a brand ambassador for Brillect in the market.
Principals lead the development and growth of their practice group, manage complex projects, and provide strategic-level consulting services for our clients. Examples include:
- Scoping project work, creating project plans and executing on plans
- Leading project teams
- Completing complex individual contributor work where strategic and/or technical skillset is required
- Partnering with the Brillect team to identify talent to deploy at clients when additional resources are needed and leading their work
- Filling in as an interim executive leader during times of transition
- As brand ambassadors, Principals partner with our client services solutions team to expand brand recognition and drive financial performance. They act as a trusted advisor for their network and help strategize with them and connect clients to consultant solutions.
