Kelly loves getting to know people, hearing what brings them joy and helping them succeed – at work and at home. From helping her clients solve complex problems to working with consultants to advance their career goals while finding balance at home, Kelly is committed to helping others be their best.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kelly started her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and spent many years in compliance, project management and audit roles before making the leap to providing consulting and contract services. After her most recent position as an Account Executive at Microsoft, she co-founded Brillect to create a place where people can thrive in their careers and personal lives.
