Maura began her career in staffing 25 years ago and was instantly hooked by the industry’s fast pace. Focusing most of her time on building a strong pipeline of HR talent, she’s helped countless professionals find opportunities while cultivating relationships that have spanned decades.
Maura is thrilled to co-lead the new HR consulting practice at Brillect. She shares the company’s core value of “Do the Right Thing – Always” and commitment to put people before profits. Honored that HR professionals are putting their career goals in her hands, she’s making it her mission to help people find the right fit, treat them well and discover their purpose at work.
