As a Client Solutions Director at Brillect, she leans on her critical skillset of asking engaging questions, collaborating and actively listening to bring forward the best talent solutions for her clients.
Prior to joining Brillect, Michelle spent nearly 14 years in investment equity banking, followed by 10 years in sales, sales operations, reporting analytics, and senior program management positions. With a great appreciation and gift for cultivating relationships – both current and future – Michelle enjoys her role of developing new business with corporate clients and placing consultants in career-building roles where they can each can thrive.
