Before joining Brillect, Seth spent over a decade at Deloitte, including an international rotation in Birmingham, England, honing his skills in external audit and advising SEC-listed and privately held companies. He has helped clients navigate every stage of the business lifecycle, from acquisitions and divestitures to IPOs, SOX compliance, new accounting standards, and finance transformation initiatives. Whether tackling a compliance challenge, optimizing financial operations, or helping a client see the bigger picture, Seth is driven by the impact of strong partnerships.
